We are delighted you have chosen Excel Education Provision as your education provider. We provide a very personalised and inclusive tuition and education service. We are proud of the fact that Excel Education Provision has a team of fully qualified, highly experienced, dedicated and inspiring teachers that are fully proficient in the new National Curriculum. All our teachers have relevant experience of working in a range of primary schools, secondary schools and colleges. Our teachers have to meet extremely high standards to become part of the Excel Education Provision team. We screen all applicants to make sure they have the right qualifications and the right attitude to be a successful teacher. Our rigorous processes are designed to ensure your pupil’s teacher is of the highest calibre, trustworthy and can make a significant difference to your pupil’s success. We are also very pleased that Excel Education Provision is a Corporate Member of The Tutors’ Association, the UK government’s recognised body for the private tuition profession. This ensures we must comply with the highest level of quality, ethics and transparency at all times. In order for your pupil to receive the full benefit of tuition can you please ensure the following:- 1. A space is dedicated for tuition which is away from the family and television/radio. If tuition is provided within the educational establishment a suitable room or area is allocated for the tuition to take place. 2. If a separate room is allocated the main door is left open at all times. 3. The pupil is ready for tuition to begin at the arranged day and time. 4. At least 48 hours’ notice is provided if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a particular session for a given week; otherwise the charge will apply as normal for the session. The notice needs to be provided during a working day which is Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This is because the tutor would have already planned and prepared work for the session, and also already allocated the time slot to the tuition. 5. All required homework is completed before the commencement of the next tuition session. 6. A parent/carer/member of staff is present at the house or educational establishment at all times during the tuition session, unless the tuition is taking place at one of our centres where a Centre Manager will be present. 7. The tuition timesheet is signed by the relevant parent/carer/member of staff at the end of each tuition session. 8. You agree to be responsible for payment of invoices. 9. Invoices will be paid in a timely manner. 10. No approach for tuition services will be made direct to a teacher, at any time, independent of Excel Tuition. Any such arrangement, independent of Excel Tuition, will result in a £2000.00 finder’s fee being charged. 11. A seven day notice period is provided if the education support programme or tuition sessions are no longer required for a pupil.
